Price depends on how much is up there. Lightly packed attics with a few boxes and old furniture pieces often fall in the quarter-load range at $370. Fully packed attics with large furniture, insulation debris, and years of accumulation may reach a half-load at $520 or a three-quarter load at $650. We assess before we quote. Minimum is $175.
How fast can you schedule an attic cleanout?

Do you recycle or donate items from attic cleanouts?
Absolutely. Furniture and household items in usable condition go to donation centers when they qualify. Cardboard and recyclable materials are separated from the load. Insulation debris and damaged items that cannot be donated are disposed of properly. We sort everything.
