Heavily packed or flood-damaged basements often reach a three-quarter load at $650 or a full truck at $725. We walk it before we quote. Minimum is $175.

Do you handle water-damaged or moldy materials?
Yes. We remove water-damaged furniture, soaked insulation, ruined boxes, and other flood debris. We do not handle hazardous mold remediation, but we can clear the space so remediation crews or contractors have clean access. Items with minor moisture damage are assessed individually for donation potential.
